Expert Witness

Many situations require a technical expert to help establish the facts, inform the decision makers, and describe possible corrective actions.   Experts routinely present testimony to city governments, planning commissions, and at other public hearings.

For litigation, the expert witness is often critical to the case.  The expert collects and presents the scientific facts, and helps to educate the attorneys, judge, and jury on technical matters.  The technical expert must not only be highly qualified, but also have an understanding of the process of litigation.
